Real Estate Salesperson Requirements

Please kindly note that ALL applicants need to first meet the following requirements before you can register to become a real estate salesperson in Singapore :

You MUST :
1) be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR,
2) at least 21 years old, and
3) possess at least 4 GCE ‘O’ Level passes

You MUST NOT :
1) be an undischarged bankrupt,
2) hold any criminal records of fraud or dishonesty, and
3) have any records of complaints or convictions
