I started out selling shoes, cameras and insurance. I grew up in a 3-room HDB flat with my parents and three younger siblings. When I moved into property in 2009, I made S$150,000 in my first year and started building my team in my second. I went from 30 agents in 2019 to about 150 today.

How to join ERA: 4 simple steps
Step 1: Fill in the form below. Donny will contact you for a free one-to-one talk. We go through what the job is really like, and answer your questions.
Step 2: Take the RES course. You need to pass the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) exam to work as an agent in Singapore. Donny guides you on how to register for the course.
Step 3: Pass the RES exam. We share study tips and support you until you pass.
Step 4: Register with ERA and start. We help you register with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) through ERA, and your training begins.
Basic rules from CEA: you must be at least 21, a Singapore Citizen or PR, and have at least 4 GCE 'O' level passes (or an equal qualification). See the full requirements on our New Agents page.

Questions people ask about joining ERA
Do I need experience to join ERA?
No. Many of our agents started with zero property experience. You do need to pass the RES exam first, and we guide you through it.
Is there a basic salary?
No. Property agents in Singapore earn commission on each deal. That is why good training and coaching matter so much.
How much does it cost to join?
Donny's coaching and team training are free for his agents. You pay your own licence costs, such as the RES course, the RES exam and CEA registration.
I'm already an agent with another agency. Can I switch to ERA?
Yes. You keep your CEA registration and move it to ERA. Fill in the form below and Donny will help you plan your timing and notice period.
